A law affirming this status or sufficiently clear case law will count for a YES resolution. Lack of law forbidding it will count as NO unless there are examples of that government allowing and recognizing human-AI marriages in practice.

Civil partnerships or other "marriage by another name" statuses will count as NO for resolution.

Why would anyone recognize the validity of a marriage to a computer program? Are there law profs or judges seriously contemplating this? And what would be the legal benefit someone would get from having such a marriage validated by the law?

@Sammytz9Ru People often want official legitimization of relationships they value. That could be one source of advocacy for recognizing human-AI marriage. Another, less direct, way this could happen is as a byproduct of recognizing AI personhood.

Besides emotional benefit due to legitimization, other benefits might include granting decision making power or resources to that AI. For example, one may trust an AI to make end-of-life decisions for them more than they trust a lawyer's interpretation of their written instructions.
