The letter is novel info, and it contains a section summarizing their relationship afterwards, so I think this is a clear YES resolution
Does "exposé" mean it has to contain novel info? I.e. if the NYT ran a piece that summarizes everything we know about Trump & Epstein's connections over the years, but it's just covering stuff that's already public, does that count?
