If I see that there are 58.8% or more women enrolled in 4 year degrees according to the NCES for the year 2024 this will resolve in a "yes". Otherwise, it resovles in "no".

The highlighted numbers(but for year 2024) will determine the percentage of women enrolled for 4 year degrees. For the year 2021 we have (5,514,267 + 2,615,978)/13,977,255 = 58.1676%
The figure I have provided is not rounded. I cut out the decimals after the 4th place. The Question is listed to close by the end of 2025 because NCES can take awhile to compile and release these reports.
