Resolves YES if any bill is passed by both houses of Congress in 2025 which is widely acknowledged by reputable news sources (e.g. WSJ, NYTimes, etc) as countering Trump's tariffs.

Examples include restricting the power of the president to institute tariffs and/or ending/limiting the state of emergency the tariffs are justified by. It could apply to a specific tariff or more broadly.

This resolves YES if the bill is passed, whether or not it is veoted/halted by judge/etc
