Intentional dismantling does count and would resolve NO.
Note this question does not close on Jan 1 2045, but 20 years from opening date: April 9th, 2045.

3.00I suspect that scenarios in which it is destroyed correlate highly with scenarios in which most or all people globally die (e.g. nuclear war, ASI nanobots turning the world to paperclips etc.), including Manifold users, who thus don't get the payout, so the market incentives become distorted towards a question more akin to "conditional on you living, will..."
