The Couch to 5K program is a structured nine-week plan designed to help beginners progress from walking to running a 5-kilometer distance. This market resolves to 'Yes' if I complete all sessions of the program by August 31, 2025, and 'No' otherwise. The program details can be found here: C25K Plan.
Over the last ~10 years, I've started the course repeatedly and not finished it. The last episode of this was when I got to the end of week 6 in 2022.
I've had various levels of fitness ability and consistency over the years (swimming, cycling, weightlifting, yoga, and barre).

23JUL2025 - I was sick a few times this summer and we've had heatwaves. I'm on week 3/9.
