This market resolves YES for each actor & movie pair that receive nominations in the Best (Lead) Actor category.
I.e. If an actor is in two eligible movies, that counts as two separate entries.

(tl;dr: this was an old market with basically no liquidity so betting feels terrible, and it's very inefficient to add liquidity to independent MC markets, so I preferred to just make a new version with actual liquidity that could close before the ceremony)
