This will resolve YES if in 2028, the majority of winning solutions to tabular competitions (including tabular classification, regression, forecasting, etc.) on Kaggle use Deep Learning techniques. If a solution uses an ensemble that consists of both DL and classical algorithms, it will be excluded from the calculation of the majority for this market.
Resolves N/A if Kaggle or a similar ML competition website doesn't exist anymore.
