Resolves YES if, before April 30, 2026, Kilmar Abrego Garcia having been dead before April 13, 2025 is reported by a consensus of credible reporting.

Resolves NO if, before, April 30, 2026, proof that he is alive on or after April 13, 2025 emerges (e.g. his lawyer says that he was able to talk to him over video or in person on or after April 13).

Resolves to poll after market close if unclear by market close. All dates in CT
