@Ernie OK in that case curable is next to impossible. There's no disease for which treatment totally reserves the damage. Otherwise we wouldn't age. Most (if not all) Parkinson's researchers I know consider that curing PD means: 1/ early detection (at least 10 years before the time it's detected today) and 2/ early intervention with a drug that stops the disease, so that you never reach the point that we call "Parkinson's" today.
