@Joshua Yes there is no chance anyone not in the 119th Congress can vote.

The 2024 election will be certified on Jan 6, 2025 by the NEW congress which is seated on Jan 3, 2025. All the retiring Senators here (Manchin, Romney, Sinema, etc) should be near 0%.

@Mobium I realized this immediately after creating it so treat anyone who won’t be there on January 6 as a NO.
