Resolves YES if any state government controlled by a republican trifecta passes legislation attempting to restrict access to VPNs. Also resolves YES if the federal government passes legislation attempting to restrict access to VPNs, as long as the republicans have a federal trifecta when it passes. I will be the final judge of whether or not legislation attempts to restrict access to VPNs; as such, I will not bet on this market.
