Based on the 2021 precedent where elections had to be repeated in 455 Berlin districts due to irregularities, this market predicts whether any districts will require a repeat election following the February 23, 2025 Bundestag election.
Resolution criteria: Market resolves YES if the Federal Constitutional Court or Federal Returning Officer officially orders a repeat election in any district by August 1st 2025. Resolves NO if no repeat elections are ordered by this date.
