Massachusetts Bill SD.2808, titled "An Act strengthening health care protections in the Commonwealth," would increase protections for patients and providers of reproductive care and gender affirming care.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Massachusetts Bill SD.2808 is enacted into law during the 194th General Court. The bill, or a bill with the same purpose but different numbering, must pass both the Massachusetts House of Representatives and the Senate and be signed by the Governor or otherwise become law. If the bill does not become law by the end of the 194th General Court, the market will resolve to "No."
