Resolution criteria

• I will track every solo masturbation session that ends in ejaculation between October 1, 2025 00:00 and October 31, 2025 23:59 in my local time. Each discrete session counts as 1; multiple ejaculations in a single session still count as 1. Sessions are considered separate if at least 30 minutes pass between them or there’s a clear break in activity.

• Excludes partnered sex, mutual masturbation, porn viewing without ejaculation, edging without ejaculation, and involuntary nocturnal emissions.

• Background

• “Oktober” is interpreted as October 2025 (Oct 1–31). This is a personal, first‑person market; outcomes depend solely on my self-reported log.

Considerations

• Habit changes (e.g., NoFap, illness, travel) can shift frequency mid‑month.

• Time-zone changes may split late-night sessions across dates; the local-time rule above governs.

• Logging diligence is the main uncertainty; daily updates reduce the risk of disputes.
