The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) publishes reports of Notifiable Data Breaches twice a year at <https://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy/notifiable-data-breaches/notifiable-data-breaches-publications>. These could be published up to five months after the period covered in the report.
Australian government agencies and large organisations must report data breaches that meet the criteria at <https://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy/notifiable-data-breaches/report-a-data-breach>
Resolves YES if the number of reported breaches is 500 or more, NO if fewer than 500. Resolves N/A if the OAIC does not publish a report for this period.
