This market resolves to 'Yes' if a solar storm causes a confirmed internet outage lasting over 24 hours in any of these cities: Tokyo, Jakarta, Delhi, Seoul, Shanghai, Manila, São Paulo, Beijing, Mexico City, or New York City, before December 31, 2025. It resolves to 'No' if no such outage occurs due to a solar storm in these cities by the end date. Confirmation from reliable news sources, governmental reports, or major internet service providers is required.
